Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Return & Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final)

At Printd Art Shops, we take pride in offering premium, gallery-quality fine art prints. Because every single artwork print is custom made-to-order based on your specific layout configurations (including custom sizes, choice of cotton rag or canvas material, matting options, and wood frames), all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds once an order is placed and sent into production. Please verify your print selections, framing options, and shipping address carefully before completing payment.

Because production typically begins within 8–24 hours of your order, once an item has entered production it cannot be cancelled or changed. Replacement (see Section 2) is the sole and exclusive remedy available for any order, and no cash refunds are offered.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Your prints are packaged with utmost care to ensure safe arrival. However, if a print is damaged or defective upon delivery during shipping, we will make it right with a free replacement.

To receive a replacement:

  • You must contact us at printd.art.shops@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos documenting the damage to both the print/frame and the shipping package.
  • Once verified, we will reprint and ship your replacement order at absolutely no additional cost to you.

3. Processing & Production Timeline

Since all items are custom-made locally in Utah:

  • Fine Art Prints (Unframed): Typically require 2–4 business days to print, dry, and inspect before packaging.
  • Framed & Matted Prints: Typically require 5–7 business days, as we hand-construct your custom wood frames and mat boards in-house at our local Utah studio.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not accept or ship international orders at this time.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
  • We ship via major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selected at our discretion.
  • Once shipped, tracking information will be registered in our database and emailed to you.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
  • Risk of loss and title pass to you once the carrier marks the package as delivered. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery, nor for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address entries.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, you are responsible for re-shipping fees.

5. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is automatically calculated and collected at checkout via Stripe Tax, based on your shipping destination.

6. Tech & Payment Security

To protect your order and personal details:

  • Your optional account and order-tracking details are hosted securely via Supabase.
  • Payment details are encrypted and securely processed by Stripe; we never store your card information.

7. Promotional Codes

Discount and promotional codes are offered at our discretion, have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retroactively, and may not be combined unless stated. Only one code may be applied per order. We may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or code at any time, and codes are void where prohibited or where fraud or abuse is suspected.
