Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 13, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Printd Art Shops. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how Printd Art Shops LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Provo, Utah, collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you visit our website and purchase our custom fine art prints.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us when using our services:

  • Account & Profile Data: When you purchase a print or interact with our site, we collect your email address, name, and physical shipping address. When you submit an application via our Artist Portal, we collect your name, contact details, and a link to your external portfolio.
  • Order & Customization Data: Details about the prints you order, including image choices, sizing preferences, paper types, and framing configurations.
  • Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool, to understand aggregate site traffic. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies to track you across sites and does not build individual advertising profiles. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking cookies.

3. How We Store and Process Data

We rely on secure, industry-leading infrastructure partners to process and store your information:

  • Database & Authentication (Supabase): We use Supabase, a secure cloud database platform, to host our database, authenticate user accounts, and safely store your order metadata, artist applications, and profile details.
  • Payment Processing (Stripe): All financial transactions are handled securely by Stripe. We do not store or process credit card details on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe subject to their privacy policy.
  • Hosting & Analytics (Vercel): Our website is hosted by Vercel, which also provides our cookieless Web Analytics. Vercel may process limited technical data (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the site.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

  • Process, fulfill, frame, and ship your fine art print orders.
  • Manage local artist applications and curate new collections.
  • Deliver order confirmations, receipts, and shipping tracking updates.
  • Respond to support inquiries and prevent fraudulent actions.

5. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

All printing, framing, and order preparation is performed in-house by Printd Art Shops LLC at our local Utah studio. We do not use third-party production or fulfillment companies to make your prints. The only outside parties involved in fulfilling your order are the shipping carrier that delivers your package (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), which receives your name and delivery address solely to complete delivery, and the technology providers described in Section 3. We do not sell your information or share it for any promotional purposes.

6. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function. These include authentication and session cookies set by Supabase when you log into an optional account, and security and checkout cookies set by Stripe to process payments and prevent fraud. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling necessary cookies may prevent login or checkout.

7. Data Retention

We retain order and transaction records for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, provide support, and comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations — generally up to seven (7) years for financial records. Optional account data is retained until you delete your account or request deletion.

8. Your Choices & Account Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of any personal information we store. Creating an account is optional and not required to make a purchase. You may access, update, or delete your personal account at any time, either through your account settings or by emailing us at the support address below. We will honor verified deletion requests except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights, email us at the support address below.

10. Children's Privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Data Security

We use reputable infrastructure partners and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the revision. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
